Yes. In online booking you first pick the service, then see the available stylists and choose by day and time. Your preference is saved so you can work with the same stylist at every visit.

Up to 12 hours before the appointment you can cancel or change free of charge via the SMS link, phone or WhatsApp. For long treatments (colour, keratin, bridal hair) a 25% fee may be charged for late cancellation.

Our price list shows a starting and an upper price for each service. Short hair above the shoulder is near the starting price, hair as long as the waist or very dense hair is near the upper price. Your stylist states the exact amount before treatment.

Yes. For a first colouring or a new dye brand, a patch test behind the ear is done 48 hours before. Tell us if you have had a reaction to dye before.

We offer ammonia-free and low-odour options; however, colouring before the 12th week is not advised. We recommend consulting your doctor. Keratin is not applied during pregnancy.

A gift card is valid for 12 months and is usable in four salons and for all services. With partial use the remainder stays on the card; it cannot be exchanged for cash.

Yes; we offer child seats, a play corner, quiet clippers and a first-cut certificate. No chemical treatments are done on children aged 0-12.

In the busy season (May-September) we advise reserving the date at least three months ahead with a 20% deposit. The trial day is scheduled three to five weeks before the wedding.

The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time; no payment is taken for the next month. For the annual plan, unused months are not refunded.
