This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Zülüf Hairdressing and Barber Services Ltd. (Zülüf Kuaför & Berber) as the data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the related communiqué on the fulfilment of the disclosure obligation.

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, phone, email.
- Service history: booking records, preferred stylist, colour formulas, cutting preferences.
- Allergy and sensitivity information (patch test results; optional, with your explicit consent).
- Payment, gift card and membership records.
Purposes of processing
- Planning bookings and personalising service to your own stylist.
- Keeping colour formula and hair history records.
- Gift card, membership and payment operations.
- Booking reminders and (with your consent) campaign communications.
Legal grounds and collection methods
Your personal data is collected through website forms, phone and WhatsApp conversations, email, the online booking screen and face-to-face meetings. Processing relies on Article 5/2 of the KVKK: establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
Data transfers
Your data may be transferred, to the extent required to deliver the service, to our business partners, authorised public bodies, and payment and IT service providers in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Booking and service records are kept for 5 years, colour formulas and allergy notes for 3 years after the last visit, and commercial records for 10 years. At the end of the period your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and claim compensation for damages. You may send your requests in writing to kvkk@zuluf.com.tr or to the address above; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
