In hair and beard services, hygiene is as important as trust. We apply the standards below in all our salons; we are happy to show them when asked.
Tools and disinfection
- Combs, brushes, scissors and clippers are put in disinfectant solution or sterilised after every customer.
- Razor blades are single-use; a new one is fitted in front of the customer.
- Neck capes and towels are clean for each customer; hot towels are washed at 90 °C.
- Wash chairs and work surfaces are wiped after every customer.
Product safety
The colour, lightener and care products we use belong to licensed professional brands; product safety data sheets (MSDS) are available at salon management. A patch allergy test is done 48 hours before colouring; we do not recommend colouring for guests with a history of colour reaction.
Hair health
Treatments that strain hair, such as lightener and keratin, are not done together on the same day; our stylist suggests a spaced plan according to hair condition. Chemical treatment is not applied to severely damaged hair; repair care is planned first.
Skin and scalp
Beard shaves use antiseptic lotion, a single-use neck strip and care suited to the skin type. If a wound, infection or psoriasis is suspected on the scalp, no treatment is done and a dermatologist referral is made.
Children and sensitive groups
No chemical treatments are done in children's cuts. For pregnant guests, ammonia-free and low-odour colour options are offered; getting a physician's advice is recommended.
